The phrase "the context of the event creates the reality of the circumstance" can first be attributed to
Mark Belling on his radio show "The Mark Belling Late Afternoon Show" on Monday, March 5th, 2007.
It was further embellished upon the next day.
As of this writing, there were no results on google for any variations of the phrase or philosophy.
